- The "Legal Next of Kin" is in charge of arrangements.
- Sign an Authorization to Release allowing Fouché's to transport your Loved One from the place of death to our establishment.
- Make an appointment to meet with an Arrangement Counselor.
- Notify your clergy, family and friends that service arrangements are pending.
What Do I Do During the Arrangement?
- Tell us about your loved one.
- Review the General and Casket Price List.
- Refer to your Consumer Guide to Funeral and Cemetery Purchases.
- Provide information about your Loved One for the Death Certificate.
- Begin to plan the Service/Tribute you want.
- Decide on a burial or cremation.
- Schedule the date, place and time of the Service/Tribute.
- Call and make an appointment with cemetery or crematorium.
